Terms & Conditions

1) All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subjected to change without prior notice.

2) Extra mattress is chargeable at RM 30 each.

3) Check-in time = 2 pm

    Check-out time = 11 am

For late checkout, please arrange with hotel management. IF NOT,we will charge as follow:
A minimum surcharge of 50% of normal room rate is applicable for late check-out (before 12 pm).

Full charge is applicable for late check-out after 12pm.  
Late check-out are subject to rooms availability. 

4) Any reservation/booking will be confirmed upon full payment made. For cancellation, full payment will be refunded if being notified at least 3 days before the reservation/booking date. Full charges will be imposed if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. 
5) Deposit per room RM 100. Deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
